Membership is open to anyone who is 16 years of age or older.
No, the membership is entirely free.
You can become a member on our website, in our stores, including our outlets or by contacting customer service.
As a member you will be treated to exclusive benefits, digital receipts, free alterations, inspiration, member services and much more.
If you become a member in-store you need to request a new password on our site by clicking on My GANT and then on the link "Member from the store and signing in for the first time”. This generates an email with a link to a page where you select a new password. While you are logged in you unlock your benefits as you shop, view your member rewards and much more. On the site you can also edit your details and select what sort of communication you want to receive from GANT.
You retain your membership as long as you are an active customer. You can terminate your membership at any time. Information regarding your purchases is removed after 36 months.
You can terminate your membership at any time by contacting customer service. Your membership automatically expires when you do not register a membership purchase for 36 months.
GANT follows EU law and recommendations related to the handling of personal information and other data. For full details please see our Terms and Conditions. When you become a member of GANT, you accept our membership terms and conditions, and you will be informed of any changes to them.
Log in to My account and update your preferences in the section "Communication preferences". You can also our customer service team. If you make a purchase on our site, you will however, always receive information about your order via the email that you used when placing your order online.

At present, you're only receiving communication from the market that you sign up in. To become a GANT member in other markets, you need to accept the terms and conditions in each market. Bonus discounts and other types of rewards and benefits are managed locally by country markets, therefore these can only be used in country markets where they have been issued.
Points and bonuses
Purchases. When you shop at gant.co.uk, or in one of our own stores, you get 10 points for every £1 you spend. To ensure you earn points, don’t forget to tell staff that you are a member each time you shop.
When you earn 2,500 points, you get a £5 bonus discount to spend in-store, including our outlets or at gant.co.uk. Bonus discounts are calculated based on the points you collect during a rolling 24-month period. Bonus discounts are added to your membership and may be used when you log in to my account or identify yourself as a member in-store. To ensure nobody else uses your bonus discount, store staff may ask to see some form of ID before you are able to use your bonus discount. Bonus discounts are valid for 12 months.
Bonuses are managed locally by country markets, so bonuses can only be used in country markets where they have been issued.
When you shop in store, your points are activated 30 days after your purchase. When you shop at gant.co.uk, your points are activated 30 days after an order has been shipped. Your points must be activated before they can be used as bonus discounts. Earned points from purchases at gant.co.uk are shown once orders have been shipped.
Your bonus-based points are valid for 24 months after you have earned them. This means that points lose validity successively. When you reach 2,500 points, your oldest earned points always become bonus discounts first.
Your bonus discount is valid for 12 months from the date that it is created.
To earn points you must shop at one of GANT’s own stores, franchise-stores, our outlets, or our website. Furthermore, you must also register your purchase as a membership purchase. You do this by providing your email or mobile number when you buy in store. When you shop at our sites, you need to log in or enter the email you used to register your membership. Your points are activated 30 days after the purchase date. Points from purchases made at our local sites do not appear on your account until your order has been shipped.
No, you only earn points when you shop at one of GANT’s own stores, including our outlets or our website.
Unfortunately, you cannot add points to your order afterwards.
"My points" are the points that you have collected in the past 12 months.
This is the number of points you need to earn to get a new bonus discount.
No, your membership is specific to you, and the points you earn belong to you. However, naturally, you and your partner may choose to register all your purchases to either one of you. In this case, the person who has all purchases registered to them may use bonuses and get access to membership benefits and special offers.
"My points" are the points that you have collected in the past 12 months. The number of points you collect determines your membership level. These level-based points are not negatively affected when bonuses are created; rather, they reflect how many points you earn overall.
This is the number of points you need to earn to get a new bonus discount.
If you return an item, you lose the points that you earned from the original purchase. If you exchange an item for another, you lose the points for the returned item, but you earn new points for the new item.
The bonus discount will not be reimbursed if you return your purchase. However, you will keep your bonus discount value if you do a like-for-like exchange or if you exchange to a product with a higher price.
