To be a member of GANT, you must be 16 years of age (and 18 to shop at gant.co.uk), and have explicitly accepted GANT’s membership terms and conditions. You accept the membership terms and conditions by agreeing to membership of GANT’s membership program.

GANT reserves the right to make changes to membership terms and conditions. You will be informed about changes that take effect after you become a member via gant.co.uk. Material changes to membership terms and conditions are communicated via email or in another suitable way.

Your membership in GANT is valid until further notice. You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting GANT customer service. If you have not registered a membership purchase or logged into gant.co.uk for 36 months, your membership is automatically terminated, and your personal details made anonymous.

GANT reserves the right to withdraw membership at any time if we believe the terms and conditions of membership are violated. In the event of membership being terminated benefits will no longer be valid.

As a member of GANT, you agree to receive inspiration and information about services, offers and points via email, text message, post, gant.co.uk, and other platforms. Our e-commerce and store staff may also contact you via email, or phone number for information related to your purchases. If you do not wish to receive communication from GANT, you can log in to “My Account ” on gant.co.uk at any time, and unsubscribe from membership communication. Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are up to date and correct.

When you shop with GANT, your purchases are registered as member purchases by presenting a valid ID or providing your email when you pay for your purchases. ID should always be presented when claiming bonus discount, benefits, or updating membership details. Valid ID includes driving license, ID card, or passport. If you shop at gant.co.uk, your membership purchases are registered if you log in prior to making your purchase, or by making a purchase with the same email registered to your membership.

GANT reserves the right to make changes to member benefits at any time. Some benefits are valid for limited periods. Log in to “My Account” on gant.co.uk to see your membership details and your current benefits.

To become a GANT member you need to accept the terms and conditions that apply to purchases made in local stores and local websites.

GANT is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from legislation, governmental action, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, or other similar events. This applies in the event of strikes, blockades, boycotts, and lockouts even if GANT itself takes or is subject to such actions. Neither is GANT responsible to address injury that may otherwise occur, if GANT has acted reasonably carefully.
